2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Opened/used perishable goods

• Fresh produce (unless quality issue)

• Custom orders

• Items damaged by customer


3. RETURN TIMEFRAME

• Request within 24 hours of delivery

• Fresh items: within 2 hours

• Return pickup: 1-2 business days

• Refund after verification: 5-7 days

5. RETURN CONDITIONS

• Original packaging required

• Products must be unused/unopened

• All tags and labels intact

• Invoice copy included


6. PICKUP & INSPECTION

• Free return pickup for valid returns

• Products inspected upon receipt

• Refund processed after approval


7. REFUND METHOD

• Original payment method

• AasYou Wallet credit

• Processing: 7-10 business days


8. PARTIAL RETURNS

• Available for mixed orders

• Proportional refund provided
