Cancellation Policy

At AasYou, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible while maintaining efficient operations. Please review the following guidelines regarding order cancellations.

1. WHEN YOU CAN CANCEL

• Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from the warehouse

• Cancellation available until order status shows 'Shipped'

• Free cancellation with full refund if cancelled within allowed timeframe

• No cancellation charges for eligible cancellations

2. CANCELLATION RESTRICTIONS

• Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch

• Perishable items: Limited cancellation window of 2 hours after order placement

• Custom or made-to-order items may have different cancellation terms

• Sale items during special promotions may have restricted cancellation policies

3. HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER

• Log into your AasYou account and go to 'My Orders'

• Select the order you wish to cancel

• Click 'Cancel Order' button and select reason

• Confirmation will be sent via SMS and email

• Alternatively, contact customer support at +91 98288 13881

4. CANCELLATION TIMEFRAME

• Standard products: Can be cancelled until dispatch

• Fresh produce: Must be cancelled within 2 hours of order placement

• Bulk orders: Contact customer support for cancellation assistance

• Processing time: Cancellation confirmation within 30 minutes

5. REFUND AFTER CANCELLATION

• Full refund issued for cancelled orders

• Refund processed within 3-5 business days

• Amount credited to original payment method

• For prepaid orders: Refund to source account

• For COD orders: No charges applicable

6. VENDOR CANCELLATION

• In rare cases, vendors may cancel due to stock unavailability

• You will be notified immediately via SMS and email

• Full refund processed automatically

• Option to choose alternative products offered

7. PARTIAL CANCELLATION

• Cancel specific items from multi-item orders

• Proportional refund provided for cancelled items

• Remaining items will be delivered as scheduled

• Delivery charges adjusted based on revised order value

8. CANCELLATION FEES

• No cancellation fee if cancelled before dispatch

• After dispatch: Return policy and charges apply

• Fresh produce cancelled after 2-hour window may incur charges

9. MULTIPLE CANCELLATIONS

• Excessive cancellations may lead to account restrictions

• Fair usage policy applies to maintain service quality

• Frequent cancellations may affect future ordering privileges
