• Report within 24 hours of delivery

• Fresh items: 2 hours

• Processing: 5-7 business days

• Credit: 7-10 business days

6. PARTIAL REFUNDS

Available for:

• Mixed orders with some issues

• Weight discrepancies

• Minor quality issues


7. DELIVERY CHARGES

• Refunded if issue is on our end

• Not refunded for customer cancellations
